There are different strategic formations that the military use in battle when in transition and when attacking/counterattacking. Since the game of Airsoft employs military tactics when played, these strategic formations are definitely a lot useful especially in the field and each position is crucial to the strategy be it an Airsoft sniper to an Airsoft recon team.

When on the move, there are different tactical formations that can be employed. These are done to ensure that all sides of the terrain are covered or surveyed by team members. The Arcs of Fire should always be observed by each personnel. An arc is determined by sweeping a terrain using half of the body in unison with a rifle to create a small arc.
