The cooler days of fall bring with them exciting changes in the world of fashion and jewelry. True chocolate pearls are never dyed. Pearl aficionados feel that Tahitian pearls are a high-integrity product, rather than a mass-produced one, and therefore do not advocate dyeing these pearls. However, true chocolate pearls are hard to find and very expensive. A better alternative might be dyed freshwater pearls, which are cheaper and more easily treated or dyed. No matter which you choose, brown is an underrated color that flatters more women than you might think. Even if you hate brown, take a moment to think about buying some brown pearls for fall.
While you are experimenting with color, why not change the design of your necklace as well? This fall, chunky, eye-catching designs are taking center stage. An exotic color might be enough to get attention all on its own, but if you want the maximum effect, try a more unique design.
